We will go deeply into our survival mechanism — the part of us that got us through difficult times as we were growing up.

We will become aware of the role modeling that creates this aspect of ourselves.

DEEPENING PROCESS FOR WEEK 2: In workbook, check off your false beliefs on Pages 10-16. Check off what you do out of your fear, from your wounded self, not your intellect. Check off what you do now, not what you did in the past.
